Difference extraction function

  • What is a Query?

    At Resource Athlete, the function that allows you to collect folders, files, and account information is called a query. The license you need for this depends on the information you collect.

    It is not necessary to install an agent on the target server side.
    The server can be operated without an agent using ADSI, WMI, and shared admin functions.

  • Is it possible to create a report automatically?

    It is possible to create a report automatically.
    Simply check the items you want to output as a report and enter the filter conditions to automatically create a PDF, CSV, or TSV format report.This is explained on the Report Sample, so please check there.

    Please purchase as many licenses as there are servers from which information needs to be collected.* The number of licenses required does not change depending on the number of CPUs, cores, etc.

    To collect account information, purchase as many licenses as you have user accounts on the domain server. To collect PC inventory information, purchase as many licenses as you have PCs. When collecting information on both, the amount of licenses to purchase is the amount of whichever there is a greater amount of: user accounts or PCs.

  • Do I need a manager server license?

    You do not need a manager server license.

  • I would like to purchase additional licenses. Is there a volume discount?

    There is no volume discount.When making multiple purchases, you will be charged at the same rate as for individual purchases
